
Beach of Capo Bianco
The Capo Bianco beach is part of the "white beaches of Elba Island": it is located on the north coast in the municipality of Portoferraio, not far from the village center.
The north coast offers enchanting beaches: you will be fascinated by the white color with black polka dots of the small and round pebbles, formed by the coast also of a white so bright that it can be found in few places in the world.
The Capo Bianco beach, about 280 meters long, with high white and wild cliffs behind it, has a crystalline sea, with tones ranging from turquoise to blue, especially on days of scirocco.

On the promontory that separates it from the Padulella beach, there is also a piece of the history of the island: in fact, the sites of the coastal anti-aircraft batteries of the Second World War, placed in defense of Portoferraio, are still clearly visible.
How to reach the beach of Capo Bianco
From the Tenuta Santa Caterina, head towards Portoferraio, at the second roundabout follow the signs towards Enfola-Viticcio taking the third exit onto the provincial road for Enfola. After about 600 m, turn right onto Via dell'Albereto, after 500m turn left onto Via Enrico di Nicola and then right onto Viale Einaudi up to the sign on the left indicating the paid parking on the beach. From the large square there are steps leading to the sea.
